Run Reports

You run reports from the Actions menu.

To run a report:

  1. Select Run from the Actions menu.

    If you are running a report with conditions or filters added when the report was created, a screen displays where you can select filter options for the report.

  2. Select options and click the Run Report button when finished.
  3. To add charts to the report, click Chart Library to expand the area.
  4. Click the Chart Library icon .
  5. Enter a name for the chart in the Title field.
  6. Enter a Description, if desired.
  7. Select the type of chart from the list of options available on the left. A sample is displayed on the right.
  8. Click Save to Chart Library when done.
    The chart displays in the Chart Library for this report. You can use this saved chart the next time you run this report.
  9. Click the Export as.. button and select CSV, PDF, XLS, or one of the image formats displayed.
